ANNOUNCEMENT: Viviene Ogugua Astley appointed President

RPM eco Marks a New Phase of Growth and Appoints Viviene Ogugua Astley as Chief Executive Officer

Dominic Payette transitions to Chairman of the Board and Pierre Gendron is appointed Executive Advisor to support the new leadership.

[Blainville, December 2, 2025] – Effective December 2, 2025, Viviene Ogugua Astley will succeed Dominic Payette as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). To ensure a seamless transition, Dominic Payette will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and Founder, while Pierre Gendron will serve as Executive Advisor.

A Transition Marked by Maturity This appointment is the culmination of a rigorous process initiated over a year ago to ensure the company’s longevity. It aligns with an ambitious strategic plan that saw RPM eco define its identity (2018), modernize its brand (2019), expand internationally (2020), and integrate reuse into its operations (2024).

“Ten years ago, we began reflecting on what we wanted to become. Today, RPM eco has reached a level of maturity that allows us to separate operational and strategic roles,” states Dominic Payette. “Viviene possesses the international background, strategic vision, and human leadership necessary to take our mission even further.”

Far from stepping back, the current leadership remains committed to supporting this new era.

  • Dominic Payette (Chairman of the Board and Founder) will now dedicate himself to long-term vision, developing new markets, acquisitions, and promoting the RPM culture.

  • Pierre Gendron (Executive Advisor) brings his extensive management experience and deep market knowledge to support the new leadership.

“I am convinced that Viviene will uphold our values with strength and lead RPM eco to new heights,” concludes Mr. Payette.
