RPM eco Accelerates International Expansion with Strategic Acquisition of Ag Plastic Solutions in the US

The Canadian leader establishes its first physical footprint in the Northeast and welcomes Justin Geisinger to its leadership team.
[Blainville, January 6th 2026] – RPM eco, a Canadian leader in the recovery and transformation of contaminated plastics, is proud to announce the acquisition of US-based Ag Plastic Solutions, effective January 1st. This transaction marks a major milestone in the company’s history, officially establishing its physical presence in the United States and extending its unique expertise into the Northeast region.
Exporting Excellence
This acquisition aligns with RPM eco’s growth strategy to bring its integrated business model—from collection to certified PCR resin production—to the American market. By integrating Ag Plastic Solutions’ operations, RPM eco solidifies its position as a key partner for agricultural and industrial plastic management.
“Our ambition has always been to go where our solutions can make a difference. With this acquisition, we aren’t just expanding our territory; we are exporting expertise that no other player currently offers in such an integrated way: the ability to close the loop, from contaminated container to pure resin,” states Viviene Ogugua Astley, CEO.
Enhanced Service Offering
This new American hub will allow RPM eco to:
- Operate a strategic Collection Center (CCM) based in Pennsylvania.
- Manage containers associated with the ACRC (Ag Container Recycling Council) program.
- Progressively offer its full suite of services, including the sale of high-quality recycled (PCR) resin directly to the US market.
The entity will eventually operate under the RPM eco Inc. banner, ensuring a smooth transition for existing clients while deploying the high standards of the parent brand.
Key Appointment: Justin Geisinger
RPM eco is also pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Geisinger as Collection Center Manager (CCM) and Sales Lead – Northeast USA. With intimate knowledge of the local market, Mr. Geisinger will oversee site operations and serve as the key contact for resin sales development in the region.
